   Thanks for sharing. The comments are very valid that there is need of more acute physiological data as to why early physiotherapy was associated with poor prognosis. Altered hemodynamics due to increased demand cannot be ruled out. However, it is more likely to be multifactorial. Indeed, this trial has paved way for other multicentre rehabilitation RCT and brought interest back to the rehabilitation.
