At the beginning you said from a study of 40 ppl than later you say say over 800 split into 3 group the 3rd did dash diet that’d be roughly 240 each
What a crock. If you really want to lose weight, prevent diabetes, reverse hypertension then go on a low carb / ketogenic diet. It is a lifestyle change, but if your life has been ruined by the standard American diet then this is the cure.

Is this a joke? This is a terrible diet. Telling people to eat several times a day, cereals, bread, pasta and avoid fatty meats and sodium intake.
Eat as much as you want but only once or twice per day and stay away from cards and sugar. Salami and fatty meats are your friend. Dint count calories either. Eat until you are fully satiated. Drink plenty of water with a pinch of salt.

I eat chocolates only once a week,but it’s continuous for 7 days….I lost 10 lbs the first week
Just a reminder. For shorter people doesn’t have the similar guidelines with calories intake per day as the taller people, so watch out. Otherwise you will gain weight. The cookbook from the weight watcher’s cookbook shows like that, as well.
So um I eat two times a day but I do eat lunch but it’s like a snack but I don’t know if that counts like “eat eat” am I healthy tho? Or am I doing smt wrong
