I’m just not sure what sources for health types are reputable. Someone could be saying certain stuff is healthy just to promote a sponsored product. It would be really nice to see a source that really cares about the health of humans and not their own wealth.

First of all keeping an active lifestyle means no sitting down it raises your risk of heart attack strokes cancer and heart disease.
Poor nutrition can increase risk of heart disease. Eat ur superfoods like blueberries, salmon, spinach, bananas, berries, green tea, broccoli, nuts & vegetables
Replace processed cheese with aged cheese, tofu or goat cheese.
Replace processed meat with lamb, pork, chicken & fish free of chemicals.
Avoid soda, eat salt & alcohol in moderation
Avoid fast food, cakes, trans fat & high amounts of saturated fat as much as possible and replace with healthy fats lke olive oil, avocadoes, grapes, berries, yogurt & peanuts
