    Thats why you SOAK AND COOOOOOK your beans. They are EXTREMELY healthy and when you soak and cook them it denatures the lectins. What a F-ING Quack

    All these YouTube-made “experts” are giving me nausea from the different angles they’re selling e-books. Intermittent fasting, NO dairy, NO grains, NO veggies ( no lectins – virtually all veggies contain them), NO nightshades, NO sugar, NO fruits (since fructose and the liver are not friendly), NO nuts ( allergies, fungi), NO meat ( antibiotics and fed GMO corn). Lol 😂 lifelong water fast it is!!!

    In my humble opinion the main detriment to Americans diet is all of the petrochemicals that are snuck in. Almost every pharmaceutical we ingest is made using petrochemicals. Basically big oil is in EVERYTHING. So people start having autoimmune disorders because the body senses carcinogens or other impurities.

    My mom lived to 85 but had atherosclerosis and heart disease, ate jars of peanuts!! Literally had them hidden everywhere! She wasn’t obese or huge, a "Mom" weight, but 100% blockage in one of her arteries. Thanks for the info! She ate jars weekly!

    All you need to do with these "forbidden" foods is to peel the skin for chili, pepper, tomato, eggplant (although it’s a shame to lose the majority of the vitamins in the skin) and soak the oilseeds, such as cashew nuts, almonds with skin and chia seeds overnight. Also remember to crush flax seeds or soak them, because it is in the mucilage that we recover the benefits.

    I strongly believe we need each other’s bodily fluids. I’ve noticed this years ago. Ive worked with men for years. I could tell the men who had sex with women vs the men who didn’t have with women. It’s a difference in their mindset, physical appearance, even if they were physically fit it was something that they lacked. Even with women a studied showed that women who didn’t have sex with men or haven’t in years had a higher risk level of cancers.
