Excercise is good for your brain?! Who would of thought?!. No studies are needed to realise that. We have becomed so detatched from out true nature and function that needing TED talks about how excercise can increase brain function is depressing. I understand and am greatful that these talks exist and motivate people to make positive changes, but its scary that we need these videos and that they are revelations to some people!

But what if you have a heart disease?
The most important thing is diet which will give you the energy for exercise. The Keto diet is a natural food only diet which prevents all the inflammatory diseases like heart disease, diabetes, irritable bowel, Crohns, Alzheimerโs, Parkinsonโs and MS in some cases. It requires little exercise other than walking and you are never hungry. You learn how the body works and what foods to eat. Look on YouTube.
Execises always helped me to go out of depression.. I do dance on my fav songs๐
I would really appreciate it if someone could give me tips on how to get myself out of bed and work out. I have a mild depression (This is my self diagnosis based on videos I have been watching for a while now. However it may be just lazyness) and I find it really hard to keep my resolutions on the long run. I have tried working out and failed miserably. It may be self sabotage due to my self loathing behavior Idk. But it would be really nice if you could help me. If you are depressed I hope you get better and if you are not stay happy.
Ps : I am 14 so I can’t go to the gym and I feel too anxious even just thinking about going out for a run.

I have been exercising since i was in seven years old that been included term without give up and steady. But my brain level is not as good as normal. Of course i have a ADHD, but doing exercise is not to be cure or way to get enhanced brain… What i meant was exercise is good but it is not magic…

Wendy inspired me, she loves her job and is engaged in this issue. She persued me to keep trying to exercise in order to get healthier and improve my brain skills. I have never thought that it may be the key for getting more focused on studies. Honestly, I generally skip some days of my workout routine because of mental blocks, lazyness, anxiety, etc. I have fighting against it this year. I believe that I ‘ll be able to transform not only my body but my brain and become a better person.
Wow. I already wanted to make this change in my life to improve my health, but this Ted talk just inspired me even more. She was great! ๐๐ป๐๐ป๐๐ป
