Stroke Rehabilitation & Recovery – A Patient Story

At age 22, Spencer Telligman was attending Kennesaw State University, majoring in ceramics and 3-D sculpture, hoping to teach art one day. One thing he didn’t foresee in his future was a stroke that would rob him of his ability to do what he loved best. Seven months later after his stroke, Telligman has made tremendous progress in restoring his hand functions thanks to a study being conducted at the Emory Center for Rehabilitation Medicine.
