if you have any pain at all and want to try something completely off-grid, force yourself to sleep fetal in a baby’s crib. I broke my neck, my lower spine was separating. I am in far more pain than any doctor will ever know or understand yet when I sleep in my crib. I lay down in mind ripping agony, fall asleep within minutes, wake up feeling brand new. the forced fetal allows pinched nerves time to relax, mend and regenerate. if you have a problem with the regeneration process and want to spend the rest of your life in pain, keep sleeping in a normal adult bed, allow the legs to flop around. if you want to experience life without pain, sleep in a baby’s crib. you’d be surprised at the weight a crib can withhold, if you are over weight, place something under the crib to keep it from sagging. try it. do not knock it until you’ve tried it
Thank you very much for sharing. That is very inspiring.
