Having had a stroke in November 2019 I’ve just started standing up in my shower,I’m right hand side affected and found putting the shampoo in a hand soap with descender top has allowed me to not use a shower chair anymore……just starting to watch your videos….very inspirational…..but for me the suction grab rails don’t work and I use my three legged walking stick in the shower to steady myself….
