Good video. I would say handling stress well is also important. Recently, I have learnt a lot diet wise from an affordable book called "the food alphabet for heart health" by Michelle Leon (nutritionist). I liked that it gave you a checklist of foods to include in your diet & tips on how to include them. It came with a meal plan at the end.

Drink plenty of water. Stay well hydrated. No alcohol- alcohol is a poison to the human body. That is important.
No junk foods. It is called "junk food" for a reason. Also intermittent fasting. Restrict eating to 12 hours or less a day -if you eat your last meal at 7pm do not eat until 7 am the next morning, even better -last meal at 6pm – do not eat until 8am the next morning- that is 14 hours of fasting and not too difficult. His suggestion are mostly good and could prevent many heart attacks but my suggestions are an added benefit.

*Pharmakeia is sorcery and an abomination to our creator. Everything in a pharmacy will kill you if you take too much of it. I believe that’s the definition of poison. 5 years ago I was way beyond "end stage" with dilated left ventricle cardiomyopathy which I had already diagnosed before seeing my first cardiologist who had never heard of anyone with symptoms as severe as what I was dealing with. (All her patients had died long before they got as bad as I was) With much prayer I was led to information on how to prevent AND CURE any and all heart disease naturally! NO POISON! In 18 months my heart was normal again except I then had a bad mitral valve and stage 3 PAH (pulmonary arterial hypertention), I had a TIA (mini stroke) fell and could not get up! Again, with much prayer in the name of Jesus Christ, I was led to knowledge on how to cure those problems too! Now I’m in the process of being healed from "end stage" COPD emphysema the same way! All "medical science" had to offer was a heart and lung transplant, which meant I would have been killed by the AMA (American Murder Association) on an operating table!!! If anyone reading this would like to know how I have been healed, just write and ask. God bless you all!!!*

Whole grains ie carbs turn into glucose pretty much as soon as you start to digest it. Many Curren studies (not sponsored by big pharma) note that all cause mortality risk is U shaped regarding cholesterol and that for women over 60 particularly “high” cholesterol is protective.

Forgot to mention stop eating refined oils and processed carbohydrates. Stop eating refined sugar. Practice intermittent fasting. Take steps to effectively reduce or manage stress in your life. Make sure you eat broccoli regularly. Broccoli is a gene whisperer. It will up regulate genes to make a protein that is critical in the process of detoxing the body of heavy metals. Never breath through your mouth. When you breath through your nose enzymes in your nasal passages convert the nitrogen in the air to Nitrous Oxide. This Nitrous Oxide gets into the blood and causes blood vessels to expand and thus improve Oxygenation at a cellular level.
