How are the teeth on a diet like this? Seems pretty high in phytic acid, sugar and sugar acids.

What is Okibetonic Secrets and how does it work? I hear most people burn their weight with this popular fat burn method.

The potato diet is much more optimal: only 1% fat, 7% protein and lots of minerals and vitamins. Only vitamins B12, retinol and D3 need to be supplemented.

Why doesn’t anyone just promote a balanced diet? Wow, that’s too easy I guess?

  14. armanddarke on November 26, 2021 at 11:05 am

Yeah but what about the alarming Arsenic levels in white rice?

  15. Toptiergod on November 26, 2021 at 11:08 am

This is TERRIBLE advice to give to anyone. It’s literally a cash grab

  16. Seamus Warren on November 26, 2021 at 11:08 am

I think it’s the grease we eat that literally coats blood cells blocking insulin promotes type 2 diabetes and damages the epithelial layer.

  17. BearfootJack on November 26, 2021 at 11:13 am

Doctors believe additional protein improves health because scientific meta-analyses and systematic reviews say so. Anecdotes are great, but are we science-based, or are we astrologers?

Yes, this stuff can be good for certain conditions. But I’d much rather hear more sanity and less dogma. Diet is not a religion; it should not be faith-based.

  18. jdo333 on November 26, 2021 at 11:14 am

Rice has very little protein. 1 cup of cooked rice has just a little over 4 gms of protein. The sugar was and is for the purpose of energy and brain function.

  19. ryan andal on November 26, 2021 at 11:15 am

Hello arsenic ! Did you know that rice is laced with arsenic …..?

  20. Nels Nels on November 26, 2021 at 11:16 am

Rice turns into pure sugar in the gut instantly isn’t sugar what causes diabetes. Rice skyrockets your sugar in the blood to high levels then causes high insulin which damages the liver and the kidneys and arteries in time. This vegan doesnt look all that healthy to me. This story some things a miss 🎩 Any one else thinking this? Protein gives you tyrosine, phenylalanine and tryptophan that turns into L dopa your pleasure chemical you want that….you want a lot of that. He’s talking 5% protein diet…. Hummmm really? Fruit makes you hungriest and fructose is bad for liver He keeps mentioning his client having liver damage and in need of help i wonder whats up with that and the whole story.

  21. 6 Demon Bag on November 26, 2021 at 11:19 am

🤣🤣🤣 There are also ‘experts’ who can prove the total opposite….The whole industry is full of it.

I read lots of good opinions on the internet about how exactly Okibetonic Secrets (look on google search engine) will help you lost a ton of weight. Has anybody tried using this popular fat loss system?

  23. Desmond Schinkel on November 26, 2021 at 11:20 am

Its funny to see people on low carb diets. Its not sustainable. You need carbs to stay alive.

  24. Dermiitti on November 26, 2021 at 11:21 am

10 g salt vs 0.35 g salt. Jeez, gotta be carbohydrates and protein big big no. Was the protein a single amino acid MSG due to high sodium 😀

  25. Nicholas Draughn on November 26, 2021 at 11:22 am

Ah the human diet. Probably the most controversial thing on this planet.

  26. igor YOGISKI on November 26, 2021 at 11:23 am

Eating white rice every day could also expose you to the risk of developing Type-2 diabetes, according to study published in the journal BMC Public Health. There’s also a risk of an increased risk of heart disease with regular consumption of white rice, per the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition

  27. Matthew Chow on November 26, 2021 at 11:23 am

But if you don’t have disease then eating only rice would suck

  28. salvatore Bertino on November 26, 2021 at 11:24 am

Does it cure diabetic disease too 😂

  29. Dar Fiddler on November 26, 2021 at 11:27 am

Hey! Thanks for this useful video. By the way, I notice lots of people keep on talking about Okibetonic Secrets (search on google), but I’m not sure if it is really good. Have you tried Okibetonic Secrets? I’ve heard some extraordinary things about it and my cousin lost a ton of weight with it, but she refuses to tell me 🙁

  33. Kim Burnett-Seiple on November 26, 2021 at 11:33 am

After kepner was able to cure them were they able to go back to having some protein or they did the rice diet forever

  36. Serenity Jewel on November 26, 2021 at 11:37 am

More information is needed to be honest about this study. This diet was for people in renal failure work severe hypertension. There bodies didn’t work. Giving their bodies a break from the strain of digesting and processing heavy food probably did help because we know fasting helps. And 1/8 of the patients died, 1/3 had no improvements, and a little over half had significant improvements. Like it has been repeatedly shown, no diet works for every body.

  37. billg4630 on November 26, 2021 at 11:38 am

  38. Janiyah Sims on November 26, 2021 at 11:38 am

Does Okibetonic Secrets really help to lost a ton of fat? I have read a lot of good things about this popular weight loss methods.

  39. kotsios555 on November 26, 2021 at 11:38 am

Literally any monodiet cures. That’s because our bodies are able to easily process the only kind of food we put in our bodies and at the same time avoid any bad combination with mixing other kind that will prove to be harmful and bring our energy low. That’s why we humans are designed to eat monodiets just like every other animal is. It’s stupid however to say that "rice cures". That’s where these so called experts try to convince with every single evidence they can find to support their hypothesis.

  40. Buddy Love on November 26, 2021 at 11:38 am

    Rice is loaded with arsenic

  41. Fateful Brawl on November 26, 2021 at 11:39 am

Amazing, I heard something different from a dude that went on a Vegan diet similar to this here, but the facts here are rather interesting, really shows people are just different and react to different sources of intake.

  42. What Ever on November 26, 2021 at 11:41 am

This is one of the worst diets for you most humans could possibly eat

  43. Abdul Qureshi on November 26, 2021 at 11:41 am

oh wow so u want to make ppl sick with thia diet , rice and sugar and fruit u will get diabetes very fast

  44. Dada Tosu on November 26, 2021 at 11:41 am

Ohhhh well, actually i have busy days, I’m mom of two, i haven’t anyone near so i take care about all by myself, home, kids, bills, etc… i cook only when kids are at home, i haven’t time to make a properly and balanced meal for myself so i eat what i can, fruit, of a sandwich, stop, i would like to loss some weight without starving as i need to be healthy and full of energy to take care of everything, i haven’t time, money or whatever to go to gym, I have time now as I’m in the bus 😅 so i was thinking about starting a diet but all i found was expensive, complicated and take a long time so..yesterday i found out about the rice diet, cheap, easy, healthy and full tummy 😊👌 so I’m planning, as soon as i can, to buy some good and tasty asian rice, some Japanese dried toppings that i love eating with rice and maybe adding some veggies, i drink a lot of water, no soda or others, so yeah.. let’s see 😊 I’m excited 😊

  45. Grady Pham on November 26, 2021 at 11:43 am

  48. Na Na on November 26, 2021 at 11:45 am

I eat brown rice and chicken 2 hours before lifting weights, and I’ve found that my energy is high. I can push harder for longer. Without rice, if I just eat a sugar snack, I don’t have as much energy to burn.

  49. isabel brunmayr on November 26, 2021 at 11:46 am

What about the massive insulin surge after eating rice?

  50. AMIRacle on November 26, 2021 at 11:48 am
