    How do you measure avocados? I get avocados and they have a bar code. But MyFitnessPal can’t read it because the bar code is too small. Also they don’t fit in measuring cups before you peel them. I have anxiety about food so I REALLY want to know how to measure avocados. Please let me know. 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏 PLEASE. I’m BEGGING for someone to tall me how to measure an avocado without a food scale.

    What if u reduce yr portion on food but still feels hungry? Do u turn to other food. I get moody when Im hungry.
