My long awaited meal prep video is here! I do meal prep different than most because I prep ingredients over full meals for greater variety and flexibility in my meals throughout the week.     The food that was assembled is only for 1 day and she used half of the whole ingredients. So this meal prep is for 2-3 days only.. :,(

    My query is once meal prep is done how to store it? Like in normal refrigerator or anything else and what containers to select for storing?

    Excellent video. I dont have all the fancy gagets but I can improvise & do this. I like the thought of not eating the same thing every day this style of food prep suits me well. Now I just need to stop being lazy & actually put the work in ๐Ÿ˜

    For your rice, if you give it a wash with a couple of changes if water it will be less sticky. And if you add half a teaspoon of caraway seed and a bay leaf along with the rice the cooked rice will not just smell awesome it’s also good for maintaining joint flexibility.
