This is not acceptable. This information is outdated and ineffective.

While I appreciate the talk, its hard to not notice that she is constantly out of breath. May be she needs to watch her own presentation.

The information about fats was a little over simplified I think. Nuts are good, because of their saturated fats. So, saturated fats are not all bad! Coconut oil can be very good for health.

    Thanks for that

How can you actually tell someone that vegetable oil is a healthy fat????? ITS STRAIGHT POISON!!! My sister is a doctor. She suggests ANY oils that are naturally found: That includes lard, ghee, grass fed butter, olive oil, and coconut oil.

What about the fact that your diet determines the health of your circulatory system? Cholesterol only rushes to the site of inflammation in your vessels when there is inflammation. This means we have to eat less inflammatory foods. That way, there is no build up occuring.

I use heavy cream in my coffee because it has less sugar (from the milk) and it also makes it tastier and creamier. Sugar is the villian – not fat. I urge you to watch the documentary on Netflix called "The Magic Pill."

Hi there! This is a great video! My greatest strength in
    physical fitness has been walking!
Walking has served me well since I was a young kid.
If you get into the routine and ‘own’ the knowledge that
walking = heatlh, you will benefit for the rest of your life.
Running comes next for me; but getting my knees in shape
for it was something else! Nutritional support is what is
keeping my knees healthy to carry me!
    Love it!

She says 400 times but the screen says 400% greater which is 4 times the rate. Then she does the same thing with the 200% greater.
