    I’m 34. I had a stroke when I was 32 because I had high blood pressure from untreated sleep apnea. If you suspect you have sleep apnea then you need to see a doctor and get on a CPAP quick. I got lucky and recovered from it. The only difference is now I have a lot more anxiety than I used to have.
