Great talk sir! But I didn’t agree completely with ur views……there are cognitive and perceptual deficits…….there are good number of non cooperative patient who hardly follow ur commands.
There are many patients to whom 5 -8 physio has been approached but no result due to poor response and non cooperative nature of patient. Psychological disability is the worst of all. In acute phase when he is no even fully oriented passive limb PT is the only option.

Sir i didnt get it….u were saying it is not good to give early standing and walking to stroke patient….but i have read in many books that is it important for stroke patient to make them stand and walk as early as possible because if we dnt do it they will be immobile which will cause further tightness…correct me if i am wrong.
