If you suspect someone is having a stroke, it’s important to think and act FAST. The longer it takes to get someone treatment for a stroke, the greater their chances of sustaining long-term side effects. Thinking FAST also means following the acronym F-A-S-T when checking for stroke symptoms. Dr. James Sahlas from the Central South Regional Stroke Centre shares his tips for checking for FAST stroke symptoms.
