    I do lean towards a plant-based lifestyle. I love legumes, but they HATE me. I bloat terribly after eating beans and peas. What to do?

    I will give you a tip, don’t eat manufactured foods, and that includes seed oils. Eat vegetables some root vegetables, some fruit (berrieds are a good choice), Animal protein is the best, and you will get the fats we have eaten throughout our history.
