    I’m 20 right now…Already starting to invest in my health by eating greener and healthy and getting an hour of exercise everyday….already cut sugar by 80% and the benefits are crazy af! Everybody go for healthy lifestyle! Pizzas, soft drinks and beer are okay once in a while but if you replace them for what your body is supposed to be consuming everyday, it becomes a slow poison for your body…..and for those who are addicted to eating crap food, know that it’s all psychological..
    That kind of food is addictive because it plays with your brain….don’t cut it all out at once…do it gradually…if you eat a pizzas everyday, start eating them on alternatively and on the days you don’t eat crap food, fill your diet fruits you love and a few green veggies, nuts and seeds here and there….after one week, try and reduce it by eating crappy food after two days, then by 3 and so on…..you’ll get used to it, I promise…because I did too!
