Everyday for like 4 days it’s my fourth day on diet and exercise I’ve just been counting my calories and eating what I still love but portion size and been doing 5 minutes of fat blasting workouts like running in place, jumping jacks, mostly that’s it and some other cardio to I started out doing 1 minute and next I did 5 minutes now I’m doing 10 minutes I’m hoping by the end of next year I can work my way up to 2 hours of exercising cause I’m gonna go jogging more and walking I wanna walk like 2 miles and jog 2 miles to I wanna really be healthy it’s a goal that’s becoming more easier every day now
