Anyone else vomits after session when drinking water, I mean I do it on empty stomach
I feel the need to hold more than 15 seconds on the final recovery breath, is that ok?
Honestly though? How awesome is that recovery breath? It is the absolute best part!!😊
Should we inhale the air via mouth or nose?
I see a lot of positive things but did anyone feel like they were almost going to pass out or die? I’m a bit low on food/hungry from intermittent fasting so that could play a roll.

My friend and I both have severe anxiety issues, he sent me this video legit crying from the relief it gave him and I have to say I agree after doing it myself. The relief from the anxiety is amazing and just the way I feel as well. Crazy what breath control can do.

When you exhale to hold, do people exhale to what feels normal or push the last bit of air out? Not sure if this makes sense

Thank you for giving me my life back! This breathing technique is a compete game changer. I practice twice a day and my mental health has improved exponentially! I really am more aware of the “blood running through my veins” 😂 Can’t believe that something so simple, can be so effective.
