This Breathing Bubble is an audiovisual guide that helps you maintain rhythm and pace during your breathing sessions. Simply watch the bubble as it expands and contracts, and follow with your breath. You’ll hear Wim breathe alongside you, and entrancing background sounds help tune out your surroundings, allowing you to focus on nothing but your breath.

My friend and I both have severe anxiety issues, he sent me this video legit crying from the relief it gave him and I have to say I agree after doing it myself. The relief from the anxiety is amazing and just the way I feel as well. Crazy what breath control can do.

  43. Matt on March 20, 2021 at 11:18 pm

When you exhale to hold, do people exhale to what feels normal or push the last bit of air out? Not sure if this makes sense
