    If it has calories you’ve broken your fast. Be careful most brands don’t bother adding the cals to the label. My bcaas has 5cals. Also if you’re taking bcaas with collagen you’ve 100% broken your fast. One serving of collegian can have 10 to 20 grams of protein.
