I haven’t sweat a drop after this.
But then I did go to hardcore side for a while and needed a different routine.
Great video, nice & simple and proves the point that you don’t have to spend large amounts of money on memberships when you can do this at home.
How tf is this a beginner’s workout most beginner’s can’t even do pushups at all and it’s literally the first thing omfg

This is honestly the perfect workout. I needed something to do before school every morning so I could have working out as a part of my routine as well, and this was such an easy and quick work it’s been great for weight loss.
My excitement to try “Yamzoko Weebly” (Google it) weight loss plan is at all time high. My very own diet regime and my frequency of few work outs wasn`t modified as well as change. More than a period of 30 days, I dropped about 6 lbs. The tactic has let me ate less and getting full is quicker. .
