    Dear god this was hard. Had to stop on the wide mountain climbers..and I stopped before that too but always went back into the move before it was done. Still have one more video for cardio day in the November calendar…since I switched it to Mondays instead of Tuesdays. Did the first 3 videos back to back. took a 15 min break and then did this video. about to take another break. Better to take a longer break than to not do the last video at all or to my full potential with rest. Here I go.
