I liked it, even though meals are not the healthiest (too much coconut milk in that first one), and everything is comes out of a can, or a pre-cooked package, the ideas are delicious, I’d change the execution and quality of the ingredients. But good job.

Awesome! Hubby loved the chickpea curry for Meatless Monday! I put it over quinoa. Only thing I’d recommend is use spinach vs kale

I tried the cashew stir fry with medium tofu instead of chicken. I also replaced Tamari with golden soy sauce, chilli paste with Sriracha, and arrow root powder with corn starch. It still turned out very nice. thanks for this recipe.
Is the chickpea curry really spicy? My ma is a little sensitive to spicy foods.

It isn’t mentioned in the video and I clicked the links in the description with the full recipes; it had an area where it said “Serves:” but there was no number beside it. I just want to get the correct serving size so I can know how much to make and to track it for my health plan.
