In some cases Asprin is prescribed to prevent heart attacks. Asprin thins your blood allowing blood to circulate easier to avoid clots, stroke, heart attacks, low heart rates and benefits people that where born with narrow arteries especially in areas of your body furthest away from your heart. Pharmacutical and Doctor’s are brainwashing people to make more money.

does Mayo still prescribe statin drugs? long term studies have proven they only have a chance of 1% protection against heart attack & stroke….but are the #1 selling drug in USA, they are damaging too….With so many agendas… who do you trust with your health?

I have been taking a low dose and my hemoglobin dropped. I cut my aspirin intake in half, and they went up. I am going to talk to the doctor about stop taking it. I eat meat and vegetables ( very little carbs) and I hear it is not a great diet, but my sugars went down to normal. Sugar can cause a heart attack as well as cholesterol. I think it is best for me to stick with this diet. My blood pressure went down, my sugars went down, and I lost weight. I don’t think the Mediterranean diet is right for diabetics. Just my opinion.

I am on 100mg aspirin daily for the last 6 weeks and it has been a life changer. For the last 15 to 20 years I have constantly been injured when trying to run. ( I’m 49 years old now ) Not DOMS ( Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness) Have been very depressed for many years because of this constant stop and start due to injury. Finally my doctor prescribed a Doppler test which found I have plaque buildup in my leg arteries. He did not test the rest of my body ( heart etc which is concerning ) He put me in the 100mg daily dose of aspirin and it’s been life changing. I am running at least 3 times a week approx 3km and have been injury free. Also mainly plant based diet after just so happening to watch The Game Changer Vegan documentary the following day. Still eat meat maybe once every 10 days. No dairy. Still eat eggs so def not full vegan. My breathing is so much better as I actually felt like I was slowly dying. I am type 1 diabetic so that has it’s own issues. Tho being able to run and start weight training again has been so good and being able to breathe, move easier is awesome. No more heaviness in my quad muscles or heaviness in my calves. Guess what I’m saying is Aspirin has been the main saviour I think and plant based assists. Not too sure about the potential for internal bleeding as 100mg daily quite a low dose as per this video. I always aspirin daily with half a banana and then water. I’m guessing this may help protect the stomach lining with the low daily dose also. Sorry about the long story. Just want to give others hope. If something goes wrong in the future I’m thankful for my improved quality of life in the meantime. Take care everyone! 😀👍

So If I eat steak I might live ’til 84 but I probably won’t get to 91. In that case I will chance it.

Cholesterol is not a risk factor, as a matter of fact people with higher levels of LDL tend to live longer. Check out the newest info.
