I haven’t tried your videos yet…I practice yoga 5 times a week, tap dance twice a week, hike once a week & mini trampoline 2-3 time week for about 8min. I wouldn’t even know where to start & how to squeeze in or reduce my other workouts;) I did enjoy watching & learning about different workouts.
