This at home Cardio and Core workout brings it all together. Cardio to boost your metabolism and burn fat and core work to strengthen and tone your tummy.
It’s full of bodyweight exercises to help you tone up your mid-section and get seriously fit.
All you need is your exercise mat to get this HIIT workout done, so put on your workout gear and follow along for the ultimate home workout.
The workout is broken up into 4 Rounds. You will complete a circuit of 8 strength exercises working for 30 seconds then resting for 15 seconds with a 45 seconds rest between rounds.
There will be beeps throughout the workout to signify the start and finish of each interval as well as beeps to indicate your rest time between movements and supersets.
