It is so great to see how well Harry is doing on keto after his surgery, he is a real testament to people! I looked for that poultry seasoning at my Safeway here in WA, they told me they discontinued it, so good thing you grabbed several so you wouldn’t run out for awhile! Thank you for all your videos, I look forward to watching you two every single day!

  2. Sue Holt on October 23, 2021 at 9:09 am

I just purchase the 4 bulk savory Keto Chow … used the discount from your link …I saved a lot with the discount! Thank you the discounts … same with the AceKool stand mixer!

  3. Denese Dugay on October 23, 2021 at 9:10 am

I had to laugh when you talked about the poultry seasoning and said "they did this to me". I used to say that someone followed me around the store and discontinued one thing in my cart each time. 😀

  4. Jeannie Nutter on October 23, 2021 at 9:13 am

If you pay for Cronometer you will be able to share not only with Harry or anyone else, your recipes. As they can also share with you. You can import recipes from websites also by just copying the URL. I use it on my desktop, set up two profiles and then I can enter from my desktop or phone for either of us, my hubby would never take the time to track for himself..

  8. Marcie Budden on October 23, 2021 at 9:15 am

Wendy I added your email address to my Cronometer. Let me know if that works on your end.

  9. Rose Smith on October 23, 2021 at 9:16 am

Morton and Bassett spices have a Rose petal poultry seasoning🎈I just googled it and it came up

  10. susan southards on October 23, 2021 at 9:16 am

Yes you can share between users if you have the premium version. My husband and I did that. I would figure out the macros and then I could share the items with him. I don’t have the premium addition anymore so I can’t remember exactly how we did it. It’s a setting in there somewhere.

Edited to add its under sharing in your settings.

I LOVE my cast iron pans, I have a cast iron pie pan!
Unopened those herbs will last for a very long time (years) as they are sealed for preservation. After opening herbs are good till they begin to lose there smell.
You really should consider getting your household goods at Walmart, it is so much cheaper, Save your bucks to get your meat at the grocery store.
Lots & lots of bare shelf space in my stores as well.

Hi Wendy (and Harry); You asked about entering recipes into Cronometer. You can import recipes into Cronometer from a URL. So if the recipes that you are looking to add to Cronometer are stored with an individual URL on your website, you can enter the URL as an import then Cronometer will pull the measurements and ingredients in for you. You will need to review the imported ingredients for accuracy, and you will definitely need to re-enter the servings to ensure it is correct for servings, but you won’t have to enter each ingredient separately, which will help in your move to Cronometer. Chris at Keto Chow may have a trick for sharing between two accounts as he advocates for Cronometer use with Keto Chow and being techy, he probably already found a solution for this for him and Miriam. It is worth asking. 🙂 Good luck and thanks for being you! I really appreciate your videos and the hard work you put into your channel.

I’m so grateful Harry is doing so well. Thank you for sharing. I think the Keto life style is so good. I weighed 174 & started this mid August. I’m down to 157. I feel great! No more sore joints, fatigue. I’m wanting to have my BP med D/C’d so hopefully soon! I’m grateful for you both as you are proof that it works well for the mature age group. I’m 61 & this is the best I’ve felt in years. Working towards 148 I haven’t weighed this since my 20’s.😘

  19. Valerie Martini on October 23, 2021 at 9:25 am

Harry , you’ve got to try cooking bacon like Ken Berry. Love the method

  20. darlene sutton on October 23, 2021 at 9:26 am

Prices are going up on everything! I live near a small town and I have travel to get better prices on meat. I really have to invest in a food saved so I don’t lose any meat because it has happened to me. I find myself making a list of the helpful items you show and I am going to be getting them one at a time. Which ones do you consider to be the best investment for a person on keto. I had a quadruple bypass in 2015 and I have noticed since being on keto that my scars( have them on my arm and legs where they went vein hunting) are not as red as they used to be. It’s interesting what body changes a person notices like this. Thanks for another great video.

That Redmond’s smoked salt is amazing!!! I love sprinkling it in my eggs!

  22. Vintage Girls on October 23, 2021 at 9:27 am

Well go on a hunt with ya.. and ship …if we find them or the poultry dry… for ya with the other goodies.. 2 to 4 years on most shelf life ..air tight and unopened to preserve potency, flavor and fresh taste . My grandmother use to can dry herbs seal and freeze just for cooking. But definitely make sure the vessels or tiny jars are air tight to avoid moisture or mold..but most folks used them up long before the 2 yrs… She was one heck of a canner..and homesteader! Those were the best of days ! Canning with Grandma ! And Yes it is absolutely fantastic news the way the lifestyle has helped both You and Harry.. and little Sally.. Have a wonderful weekend my friends ! ❤
Pat … (Avelyn sends her whole heart… hugs and kisses for Sally girl!) Wish this app had a voice recorder..she always wants to send voice on ig.. "youtube..needs to catch

I have not wanted to share my weight for quite a while since I seem to be stuck between 174- 178 forever. Then it dawned on me the doctor renewed my prescription for arthritis. I listen to you tell us every day about pain meds but didn’t hear until today. I need to try to take pain meds every other day or use more arnica instead. Still losing inches, taking lots of collagen, etc, just need more natural things. Time to make more bone broth.

  26. CT RSI on October 23, 2021 at 9:31 am

Don’t know if that’s the only bacon you can get, but Smithfield is owned by china.

  27. DiMo on October 23, 2021 at 9:31 am

I emailed Redmond about the smoked salt, they are hoping to get it back in before the end of the year. Sigh…

I buy the paper products at America’s Discount when I can find it.

  32. Leanne KenYoung on October 23, 2021 at 9:39 am

OH MY WORD!!! That’s terrible!!! It used to be the most money part of your grocery bill would be spent on MEAT! Now the most money part of your groceries is being spent on PAPER TOWELS & TOILET PAPER???!!!!! SERIOUSLY ?!?!! No way in the world I’d be paying that for paper products!! That’s highway robbery!!

  33. T Van on October 23, 2021 at 9:39 am

Heads-up on Smithfield (Pork) & Tyson (Chicken) Products. Tyson already got in trouble.
Before I found out about Smithfield Products, that the carcasses are shipped from China, then processed here in USA. I had purchased 3 different items from that company and felt it to be off tasting & not of any quality. Then I found out it’s about Big Business Profit and China connection at consumer’s expense to there health. Forget that! 🤔

  34. Sue Holt on October 23, 2021 at 9:41 am

    A clean car rides better!

  35. Sophia Smythe on October 23, 2021 at 9:45 am

It would be awesome if paychecks would inflate as much as the price of paper products. I worry about senior citizens on a fixed income. When I make a trip to a warehouse club, I have a Sam’s and BJ’s membership, I check with a few of my elderly neighbors to see what they need and often break up larger cases to try to save them money and a trip to the store. I cook large batches to feed my husband and myself, then package dinners to deliver to them as well. I hope that others "adopt" some elders as well. "It takes a village" concept is not just for children.

  36. Dee Lee on October 23, 2021 at 9:47 am

I looked all over my burg and never found a jar of poultry herbs with rose petals. I did find a store that carries morton and bassett. I am happy for Harry that he is doing well now Keto It is unbelivable how far he has come if Harry can do it so can I he gives me inspiration .
    ❤❤❤❤❤ love you guys !

Harry you look amazing from where you started.

*Creating a custom recipe is a great way to quickly enter meals into your diary. Once created, you can just search and add your recipe to your diary.

If you have eaten your meal with another Cronometer user, you can create one recipe and share it with your friend. *

  40. Kim Rametes on October 23, 2021 at 9:49 am

Scary pictures of what Harry went through. So happy you are doing better these days. Any thoughts of retiring Wendy? My cast iron is getting heavy 🙂

  41. Paola Molinari on October 23, 2021 at 9:56 am

Yes! That’s the sausage I was telling you about. It was not pork it was that one the turkey one. I really like it and they sell it at Walmart too. It’s tasty 👌

  42. Faith Swartz on October 23, 2021 at 9:56 am

You read my mind Wendy, I was gonna ask how you put the big bags in the container without the POOF of powder going everywhere. Thank you…!!!

  43. Mary Zotz on October 23, 2021 at 9:56 am

HEB has the Morton & Bassett spices, also. I finally got some of the poultry herbs at Central Market in Plano. So good!!

  44. Daryl Mae on October 23, 2021 at 10:02 am

They have Morton and Bassett poultry seasoning on Amazon. In stock

  45. Lisa Ortega on October 23, 2021 at 10:04 am

OMG!!! Wendy, I have been on the hunt for the poultry seasoning you use and no where to be found where I live!!! You need to send me some lol

  46. Trena LeFevre on October 23, 2021 at 10:05 am

I make cornbread in the cast iron. 🙂 Glad you found your seasoning . Good grocery haul, your both so adorable 🙂

  47. Hollyhock on October 23, 2021 at 10:05 am

I need to try to find that seasoning. My husband is Moroccan and they use rose petal water in several dishes.

  48. Donya Badia on October 23, 2021 at 10:07 am

Can you put the recipes on a flash drive and then plug it into Harry’s computer. I don’t think the two computers next to each other like dual monitors will work unless I am missing something that you said. :). Try the USB/Flash drive that should work. Good luck!

  49. Habibah Q on October 23, 2021 at 10:08 am

Wow you guys. Kudos to you for enduring that pain and growing through it all. I admire you. God bless you.

  50. Sue Holt on October 23, 2021 at 10:08 am

I look for sales on the Bounty …also buy the cheaper Publix brand TP but I’m sure it’s all gone up! I’m on Redmond’s email notice for the smoked salts … I think they would make great gifts.
