    difficult from the very beginning until the end, not good for people not used to workout, good for people who wants a rather rigorous short cardio

    I keep coming back to this workout – it was the first option for a 20 minute cardio workout and I love her happy comments and encouragements! As a complete beginner to this I’m really grateful for the options to do a slightly easier move here and there!! =D

    *I smoked about a pack and a half a day for 19 years. One day in 2011, I decided to try to smoke one less cigarette each day, started with 30 until I got down to 0 a month later. ( **7wow.cc/rpv7** ) I still smoke an occasional cigarette two or three times per year, but they taste nastier and nastier every time I do. Best decision I ever made!*
