    i lost 20 pounds cutting just on dairy and meats. i had less than 1000 calories a day but had massive portions cuz fruits nd vgetables have little calories let me no if anyone has any questions

    I have been following this diet and I must say it’s the best. I stretch my intake and I don’t see it a problem. I just switch from canned tuna to fresh salmon , hotdogs or ham to chicken breast meat, and as I can’t eat grapefruit I switch it to lemon and orange. I just love this diet cos I get to eat boiled eggs ice-cream and banana.
