This lecture is part of UC Davis Health System’s Alzheimer’s Disease Center 2016 Community Lecture Series sponsored by Sunrise Senior Living and Aegis Living. It was delivered live at the Lesher Center for the Arts in Walnut Creek, California on November 29, 2016.

    For two years. Now i have trichotillomenia now on Prozac its getting worst the hair pulling I have problems inside my brain iam eating something or smoking something that isn’t good for my brain I have good memory I turned 55 but look 35 at the most that’s me. On the picture I go to bed early wake up early I have pot problems food eating disorder and now hair pulling since I heard others I don’t feel a shame but what is going on there isn’t medecine for this monster

    Fruit is fructose. Not so good for glucose/insulin balance. Glad to see its dawning on her that ONLY berries are good…and FYI of berries, it’s strawberries and blackberries. (Note: Blueberries are good for the brain, but bad for blood sugar.). BUTTER is good for the brain…the brain NEEDS fats. Quite frankly, it needs good cholesterol.
    I am SHOCKED that she promotes GMOs, i.e. a squirrel WILL NOT eat GMO corn if given a choice with natural. Glycophosphate tolerance is GMOd into plants so they can be sprayed with (and absorb) weed killer. IN NO WAY HEALTHY.
    And sh says non-organic is OK? Again, these plants absorb weed killer and are given toxic (to us) levels of fertilizer…AND fertilizer run-off is causing growth of smothering estuary algaes that smother and kill life in streams, lakes, and ocean shorelines.
    And LION’S MANE? I can FEEL nootropic effects THE SAME DAY. it’s also good for immune support.

    Some medicines can create Alzheimer’s or dementia. Certain beta blockers can cause it. The reason people are on those can be diet related, also that physicians don’t prescribe diet changes when a patient comes in, they advise of it, but usually will prescribe medicines and those can cause certain illness that is later given another medicine to deal with the side effects of the previous prescribed medicine. Also diabetes and Alzheimer’s is coming from the sugars. The excessive sugars feed the cancers etc.

    She said coconut fat is not a good idea to eat saying that it is a saturated fat. I disagree, yes, it’s a saturated fat , but it’s a medium chain saturated fat and therefore completely different than a conventional long chain fatty acid. Any plant based fat is healthy fat. Coconut fat will not clog the arteries. Coconut fat is a good, healthy fat.

However after my mate follow it, and finally lost a lot of weight by using it without starving herself. I’m persuaded.
