I had a stroke last year at 34 years old because all my numbers came up in the lottery but was unable to put them because there was no pen there and I threw away £36 million. I used to have some of the best hand/eye co-ordination in the world before my stroke with countless world records in video games, now my talent has gone. I will sue those motherfuckers for ruining my life.

I had an ischemic stroke 4 months ago. I have made a great deal of progress, but at times, I get very depressed when I can’t do things.

I had a TIA and had no idea–6 days later I had a atroke (that’s when they found that I have brain aneurysms). During my Aneurysm surgery (June 28 2012) I had a major stroke. I go to occupational therapy & speech & language therapy. I have problems w/ cognitive functions (my balance is better-I used to fall a lot). For anyone going thru post stroke stuff–Keep ur head up!!! It’s hard sometimes to be positive I know-but you’re still here!! You’re here for a purpose!! Never forget that:)
