    I’ve been binge doing these workouts for 1 week now and although she says no running and there’s more running than any of her other videos, the format of this workout was fantastic: 1 minute moves is enjoyable, you look forward to the next one. It was also easy to complete as a beginner!

    I really dont care about what type of workout are they… I do them all and I love them. As long I’m focusing on my workout and happy for my results. That’s matter. No Negative thoughts and no hater for video workout. If you dont like it move on on something else you will find and happy with. 😉
