What if there’s too much pain to do some of these?
One of my favorite routines is to start with some gentle stretching then chase down bad people and beat on them.

After counter-top push ups, you can also tru push ups on stairs. That allows you to gradually become more horizontal.
These are very similar to Ed and Elizabeth’s 5 daily exercises. Gives me confidence that all these folks know what they’re doing.

Best video (for my needs) yet. I’m a 70 years old woman, active, no pharmaceuticals in my system. Bike on trails- 18 miles maximum, typically 10 miles, in one and a half hours, once/ twice a week (weather permitting), also go to health and wellness facility 3x week. Stretches make life better. This video is terrific.

Excellent. Infermative.
I go to the gym almost every day and I see people in their 60s to 80s (mostly men but some women too) during the senior time (after the early workout crowd before they go to work). Some of them take it slow and use lighter weight settings but everyone is consistent on showing up almost every day. My gym has Cybex which is what most of us use there. They also have TRX, cable machines and free weights. One other thing is that almost everyone there got vaccinated as early as they could. It was the topic of conversation back in February – May.
I have always linked word ‘diet’ with starvation, until I discoverd website Agoge Diet. With their diet plan, I am never hungry and I am still losing weight. Amazing!!!
