It was more easy when I started because the emphasis was on perfecting the moves 6 weeks later I am finding it to be more difficult, I realy feel the painful burn durring n after workout. I am trying not to quit.

Seriously Popsugar workouts are the absolute worst. Get some instructors that don’t shriek and act like they’ve had 15 cups of coffee. Turned this off during the warmup because she’s so obnoxious.
Thank goodness I’m doing this, I’m 19 and my doctor says I need to exercise bc I weigh 147.7 and my height is 4’11

Thought I’d sneak this workout in on my lunch break at work. Well, I did it… but it’s a good thing I brought baby wipes, deodorant and a change of clothes with me because I was SOAKED in sweat by the end of the video. I hit the gym 4 or 5 times a week and consider myself to be in fairly fit shape – this one was a challenge for me and I highly recommend it to anyone!
This workout is amazing, I’m sweating so much! The energy and vibes are awesome. But it’s a little bit distracting when you’re focusing on the trainer and she suddenly stops
Didn’t like this workout and had to stop midway. The warm up was pathetic (who does push ups during a warm up) these people have to go back to fitness school or whatever. It’s good if you’re young and flexible but for me I’m 43 no way. Not even the modified version. A true fitness guru would never have you do this but to each his own.

Can I give you one suggestion? Maybe next time you could speak a little slower? Most of the time I couldn’t understand what you were saying, it felt a little bit as if you were on a hurry
As for the rest the workout was amazing, I had sometimes to make the modifications but maybe next time I will be able to complete it without using them!

This is my first time doing this workout. I had to modify a bit more than usual, especially for those donkey kicks. Despite that I got a great sweat & can’t wait to try it again!
She is Annoying af but great work out
I really like this workout because it is super challenging but not so hard that I can’t master it if I work at it. There were some exercises I legitimately could not finish today because I haven’t worked out in a while. But I am determined to get this so I will be practicing. Please give us more from Drop! 🙂
