    Modified woman brought up a great point about while doing crunches how the form without supporting your neck can actually hurt your neck. Which is what I’ve been experiencing. I will be placing my hands back there!

    I love Massy and have been following her for years! I did this workout this morning and I am dripping sweat. I loved it. I didn’t want to quit in the middle of the work out and I was able to keep going which was great! I will now purchase her MA 30 day Program and do it at home 🙌🏽
