this should be considered lower body, NOT full body. it’s all squats and lunges! hardly any upper body.
i did it! Second to last song, I felt so tired but I kept going! This instructor is amazingly strong! when we came to the cooldown, i felt absolutely OVERJOYED. I can’t imagine doing this for 1hr 😱 those strong Zumba people are definitely STRONG
I definitely want to keep doing this workout till it starts to get easier! Ahhh I’ll feel so accomplished when that happens.
Either way, this was much more fun that I thought (at least in the beginning haha)

I have seen result by doing this for couple of days..one con about this video.. I have to do a lot of my own modification..she often go to fast out of her movements..especially the stretching part
