I listen to not necessarily sad music, but if i’m sad i listen to something that reflects on the kind of emotion i’m feeling at that point in time. It helps me calm down about what im going through, whether it be family issues, or friends i dont know, when im feeling down i listen to, not sad music but empowering music bc it helps me empower my own issues. HOWEVER I DID FEEL SO MUCH BETTER WHEN MY SPOTIFY WAS MISTAKENLY ON SHUFFLE AND SWITCHED TO AN UPBEAT SONG IT MADE ME REALLY HAPPY I FELT SO MUCH BETTER BRO

honestly tho this video is so underrated! I’m 14 and I have an everyday job so finding time to have a healthy routine has always been in my mind as impossible but you’ve completely flipped my mindset! I now have a schedule for each day (with ‘me time’ as well) that has enough breaks so that I’m not stressing but not too many so I become lazy, but yeah I can honestly say that this video changed me for the better! thank you so much 😽💞

get maternal and responsible (like a plant or pet)
train/exercise in the morning if you can for endorphins
listen to music that makes you happy (NO SAD SONGS!!)

minimum 3 step night routine to tell your body its time to wind down
be inspired, not jealous
Bahahaha here I am being maternal with all three and still not feeling like I’m caring enough
I heard about the Forwago and decided to give it a try. I am more than grateful for the plans which helped me to improve my physical and mental health. Definitely, I would recommend everybody to try it!

Shedding light on a different perspective.
Just how each human is their own individual, same applies to non-human animals; cats & dogs – each has their own personality and behaviour.
Cats are unfortunately greatly misunderstood, as just like us humans majority of cats have their own personal space and there must be consent to touch them – just like how you wouldn’t go hug a stranger on the street.
Just because they are a non-human animal doesn’t mean they want to be touched by you.
