The ability to talk freely while showing these exercises with no sweat-breaking what-so-ever amazes me. I’m sweating like a pig here and this is the second day and time I did this exercise. I thought it’d be a little better by now thaha.
The reason why i love popsugar so much is that they dont show these huge muscular or heavily toned women. The women here were not that heavily toned. Normal body which is how most of us are. Great job guys! Love it!

Hmm this ain’t no "beginner’s" workout in my opinion. I’ve been doing this on and off, along with other workouts, and it still kicks my ars* many months later!! I love Anna, she is so down to earth, uplifting and motivating. For me there is nothing worse than a militant, intimidating trainer and she is the complete opposite. Thank you Anna and your workout friends too.

I’m a complete begginer and this workout kicked my butt and got me all sweaty, but I still managed to get through those 15mins! It didnt hurt a lot on the day I did the workout, but on the next day my legs definitely felt the burn! I’m doing this 3 times a week and see how it goes 🙂
I loved the instructor and the workout was just hard enough! But goodness gracious, the woman showing the modified moves has to actually do easier moves or it’s pointless to have her there! The instructor kept having to tell the woman how to do the modified moves and she still wasn’t doing them! I would like to have seen a modified pushup for example. Most beginners can’t do a pushup!! Don’t make us feel even worse by making the modified versions impossible in a so-called beginner video.
