    Is it really a good idea to work your heart rate up and then get horizontal on the floor? Asking because I skipped that part, because I genuinely felt it would be really bad.

    Was really going this until a hungry jacks add came on mid way. Not only did id disrupt my workout, it was advertising fast food! Disappointed now which is sad as I have been loving these workouts from this channel.

    Yay, awesome quick and intense cardio workout! I loved it, and it was perfect for adding onto my 50 minute bootcamp workout. It gave me just the right amount of cardio HIIT at the end of my workout, and my legs were on fire 🔥😁 and my heart rate was sky high!! 💪🏻👍😍
