Great workout – used it after a 20 minute cardio to round out a 30 minute routine. Great way to loosen up after driving 8 hours for a holiday trip today. Really feel much less stressed now – nice to have fresh routines to keep the workouts exciting!

Wow i was able to do it… i am still shocked, i am very out of shape and i thought i would die by doing this, however i did all modifications easily so i did most of those the hard way, i am so happy !!!

I went from sitting on the bench and scarcely being able to dunk – to averaging multiple dunks per game, becoming a starter, and winning the state championship after following this vertical jump training “takom fetching network (G0OGLE it)! I`ve attempted several vertical jump programs however this one tops them all. .

I’ve had great workouts in the first 2 weeks of this vertical jump method “Jumοnοz Azb” (G0OGLE it). Since I am still in the middle of this program, I did not test my vertical gain but the sequence routine is really great for making my legs more powerful. .

Can’t believe I survived. Did this after 1300 jump ropes. Planning to do it everybody and is just a kid!
I work out almost everyday but this exercise made me feel not well at all …if you have something wrong with your stomach try to avoid it.

Ok I did this video today and it was not easy! My heart rate increased so quickly into the workout and I was sweating afterwards. Loved the workout and loved the lady hosting the workout. She really kept me going and I love her energy and because of her I have now subscribed so thank you and God bless 🙏🏼
