Ask the person to smile. Is the person's smile uneven?

Ask the person to lift both arms. Does one arm drift downwards?
IS YOUR SPEECH SLURRED?
Is the person unable to speak or hard to understand? Have them repeat a simple sentence like, "The sky is blue."
Time to Call 9-1-1
CALL 9-1-1 IMMIDIATELY
If someone shows any of these symptoms, call 9-1-1 and get to a hospital right away! *Remember to check the time to note when the first symptoms appeared.
